Know your food
What are you eating or drinking ? Eating food with high calories can get you to be overweight. Instead we should recommend eating food that is rich in fibre diet, so as we eat we can get fill up quick without having to many calories.So next time your putting food in your mouth check brake lol know how many calories is in it. Know what your eating
So I was going to eat a chocolate chip cookie this morning but before I did, I ask the Associate to tell me how many calories is in it and she said 400. Who knew one cookie will have that many calories. So know what your eating
