Eat your vegetables and fruits.

Based on a 2, 000 calorie daily intake, the USDA Food Pattern recommends a daily intake of 2 and the Half cups of vegetables and 2 cups of fruits.

Fruits and vegetables are nutrient dense (high nutrient value with low calories) food sources helping individuals to achieve and maintain a healthy body weight.

Yesterday was a beautiful day so I had to get out and get my run in.
You don't have to be great to start, but to be great you must start.

So I made this meal, it is very simple to make ok let's go.
One chicken breast
season with(Mis Dash) salt-free
Few asparagus
One sweet potatoes and
3 slices of avocado.
