Here we go, fresh out of AK kitchen: 
Chicken breast (lightly seasoned), Brown Rice, Asparagus and Zucchini. Very easy to make if you can't figure it out invite me in your kitchen. Lol.

I am little sore today from yesterday's session, I could have taken the day off, but I said to myself: "HOLD ON, I'm not hurt or injured, I'm just sore." So don't let the little things get in the way; sometimea we destroy our own destiny because of how we are feeling. Stay focused, with God all things are possible.

Hard work

Summer bodies are made in the winter so keep working....

What is staying active?

Staying active is any thing that involves moving your body and getting your heart rate up. For example, taking a walk, going for a run, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, cutting the grass or shoveling snow. Doing all these little things everyday can lead to good health. The last time I checked, I don't know of anyone who doesn't want to be healthy.
Did you know?
When you have good health, you have a happy life. Why did I say that? We'll, lets say you have a dream to become what ever, so that it allows you to have a happy life, but you find yourself struggling with health issues. It's because of that you're unable to pursue your dream.
Also , if you have children you will not be able to have as much active fun with them as you would like. When we have good health, we can get many things done. So by getting things done we allow ourselves to be happy.
SO STAY ACTIVE!!!!!!

Biggest Loser

I'm sure we've all seen the Biggest Loser.  The contestants work very hard to lose their weight; they did not just sit at home wishing they could lose all the weight.  Instead they got up and took the challenge.  They do not workout one day and then take 3 days off, even if they're sore, because they know what they are on the show for and what their goals are.  Every time I watch that show it makes me want to work even harder, and it should make you feel the same way.  While it is true we all need a little push towards our dreams.  What if you did not have that push, would you keep going or would you give up? 

It's been 15 years, since 2000, when I came to the United States.  It has been that long since I've seen my family also and sometimes I wish they were here with me.  Yet, I never let that get to me, I have always worked hard and will keep working hard.  Don't let the little things get in the way of the things that are ahead for you.  With God all things are possible.  Find what inspires you or what you really enjoy doing because if your doing something you like/enjoy you will not find yourself quitting.

Don't be "that" Person

I see this many times, people go to the gym and start a conversation and have forgotten what they came to the gym for. If you took 20 to 25 minutes talking, you take that off the one hour you have to exercise, then you just wasted your cardio time. So don't be surprised when you step on the scale and you do not get the results you were expecting. So remember, the next time you're at the gym, you are there for business and business only. Motivation!

My late night snack is Cottage Cheese with blueberries, walnuts, peanut butter and Visalus protein powder. Mixing together. I know a lot of you guys out there don't like Cottage Cheese. I never used to, but I gave it a try and now I'm HOOKED to it.

My trip to LA was fun. I got to meet some of the top Agencies, Casting directors and a Photographers. I even got to do few auditions, it was a great experience!
