Now the next thing on my mind is hitting the gym. If someone tells you, you take your diet and fitness  to serious tell them life is too short nobody got time for junk food and invite them to the gym. #SMF.

Too many cuts someone please call the doctor lol. Okay let's get serious, looking back and seen how far I have come it tells me that if you work hard and don't give up, you will see good results. Now with the lil knowledge I have, I like to share it, and motivate others to reach their own fitness goals. #SMF.

MY PRETTY LITTLE DRESS!

MY PRETTY LITTLE DRESS:
Okay, Ladies, I know it has been a long winter and maybe you have been putting off your fitness goals. Well, spring is here, it's time to go back and look in your closet and try on that little pretty dress you wore last summer. Now if you notice something - let's say you are not feeling comfortable or you don't like the way your arms look in the dress or your waist - then that tells you it's time to get back on track. Now when I say get back on track I don't mean go buy a new one, I mean exercising your wardrobe because dressing sexy keeps you aware of our body, so don't let those hot pants and dresses get cold.
Here are a few exercises that you can try:
1) Squat, hop and jump
2) Runner's lunge
3) Plie squat row
4) Speed skater
5) Step-up and row
6) Plank twist and push up
7)Kick-and-punch combo

Don't quite so soon.

Sometimes we feel like quitting in our fitness walk simply because we are not seen the results we want at that time. Or because we are having problem controlling what we eat but to truly get the results we want we have got to let some things go (FOOD) and refocus  our mind, because you will never know how far you can go until you push yourself out of your comfort zone #SMF.

Ok guys, this photo speaks volumes about my life. About where I've come from and how dedicated I've been to fitness over the years! This is just to motivate you who think you can't make it. Don't ever let someone tell you that you won't succeed, you have the final say in the outcome of your results. I was always told when I first started out that I would never get big and that I was too small. Now look at me; and this can be you too! So never give up!
