Smart eating is good eating.

Shrimp & broccoli for lunch I made this in no time since it is my day off from the gym decided to make something delicious. Shrimp are loaded with protein, vitamin D, B3 and zinc.
Broccoli are very low in calorie, fat and  also have other nutrition benefits if you're looking to drop a pound or 2   broccoli is one of the best veggie you should fall in love with eating. For me I usually just eat my with honey.

Papaya fruit smoothie.

Ok guys here you have it, I made this yesterday and all I can say OMG YUM YUM. I call it  (Papaya /Pawpaw Smoothie )  If you like one of these fruit you are going to love this smoothie if you try it.

How much fruits and veggies are you eating?

Breakfast is served: fruits are very important to our diet,  they are low in fat, calories, carb and also packed with vitamins and minerals.
Based on a 2, 000 calorie daily intake the USDA Food Pattern recommends that we eat 2 and the half cups of vegetables and 2 cups of fruits. To help individuals maintain a healthy body weight.

Good snack.

Sometimes it's not about how the food taste but what it does for your body is what matters sometimes.

"So this is my snack for the day" It can also be yours it's truly delicious you have got to try it.
Tomatoes are good for the body one tomatoe contains only (22) calories (0) grams of fat (5) grams of carbohydrates (1) of dietary fiber and (1) grams of protein.

Eggs: Hard-boiled eggs are quick snack if you're in a hurry or can be use to sneak protein into your  salad. By you eating boiled eggs you're add good fat to your body and it help keep your hart healthy.

They are also pack with important vitamin like vitamin (A) to help protect your eyes and keep your bones strong. (1) egg provides more than (6) grams of protein.

Burn it off!

This exercise was designed to merely burn calories.
Squats work your glutes and legs. Sprinting is good for your abs (one of the best, I say) and of course your heart. Mountain climbers are perfect for your legs and core. Jumping rope is great to keep your heart rate up, while working your calves. Push ups work your shoulders, chest, arms and your core.
*** If you're a beginner, you can start with 10 and work your way up. Be sure to keep your pace up for optimal results.

You can do that by eating some complete protein like lean meat, fish, chicken, eggs and dairy products. Remember protein is the building block in the human body. MY PRETTY LITTLE DRESS:
Okay, Ladies, I know it has been a long winter and maybe you have been putting off your fitness goals. Well, spring is here, it's time to go back and look in your closet and try on that little pretty dress you wore last summer. Now if you notice something - let's say you are not feeling comfortable or you don't like the way your arms look in the dress or your waist - then that tells you it's time to get back on track. Now when I say get back on track I don't mean go buy a new one, I mean exercising your wardrobe because dressing sexy keeps you aware of our body, so don't let those hot pants and dresses get cold.
Here are a few exercises that you can try:

What example are you setting?

On Friday I was at the gym, and a mother approached me to tell me about her daughter's story.
She said, her daughter asked who is that guy? The mom explained he is always here and working hard. That day I was doing a stair routine (running up and down the stairs with weights.) Later that day when they got home, her daughter took her mother's dumbbell and started running up and down the stairs; while saying one day I want to be strong like him.
In terms of being a role model and never knowing who might be watching you. Never stop and never give up. You may never know who will benefit from your example!
