Smart eating is good eating.

Shrimp & broccoli for lunch I made this in no time since it is my day off from the gym decided to make something delicious. Shrimp are loaded with protein, vitamin D, B3 and zinc.
Broccoli are very low in calorie, fat and  also have other nutrition benefits if you're looking to drop a pound or 2   broccoli is one of the best veggie you should fall in love with eating. For me I usually just eat my with honey.
