Pre workout meal. Whole grain flatbread, 1 egg white, 1 whole egg, half avocado, and spinach. For a proper function our body need energy  and we get that energy from food. #SMF.

Hard work pays off

We all stared somewhere in our fitness walk, We did not wake up one day wishing to have a 6pack or a lean muscle. We had to work our way up by disciplining and  making some sacrifices. One of the best thing you can ever invest in is your health, You have got to have a goal and work towards them so they can become a reality. So take a moment and ask yourself what do I want to accomplished  in the next week, month or year in my fitness walk. #SMF.

Lunch

After putting your body through a hard workout you have got to repair those muscles tissues to get you ready for the next or two days. You can do that by eating some complete protein like lean meat, fish, chicken, eggs and dairy products. Remember protein is the building block in the human body.
