Burn it off!

This exercise was designed to merely burn calories.
Squats work your glutes and legs. Sprinting is good for your abs (one of the best, I say) and of course your heart. Mountain climbers are perfect for your legs and core. Jumping rope is great to keep your heart rate up, while working your calves. Push ups work your shoulders, chest, arms and your core.
*** If you're a beginner, you can start with 10 and work your way up. Be sure to keep your pace up for optimal results.
