How much fruits and veggies are you eating?

Breakfast is served: fruits are very important to our diet,  they are low in fat, calories, carb and also packed with vitamins and minerals.
Based on a 2, 000 calorie daily intake the USDA Food Pattern recommends that we eat 2 and the half cups of vegetables and 2 cups of fruits. To help individuals maintain a healthy body weight.
