MY PRETTY LITTLE DRESS!

MY PRETTY LITTLE DRESS:
Okay, Ladies, I know it has been a long winter and maybe you have been putting off your fitness goals. Well, spring is here, it's time to go back and look in your closet and try on that little pretty dress you wore last summer. Now if you notice something - let's say you are not feeling comfortable or you don't like the way your arms look in the dress or your waist - then that tells you it's time to get back on track. Now when I say get back on track I don't mean go buy a new one, I mean exercising your wardrobe because dressing sexy keeps you aware of our body, so don't let those hot pants and dresses get cold.
Here are a few exercises that you can try:
1) Squat, hop and jump
2) Runner's lunge
3) Plie squat row
4) Speed skater
5) Step-up and row
6) Plank twist and push up
7)Kick-and-punch combo
