Don't be "that" Person

I see this many times, people go to the gym and start a conversation and have forgotten what they came to the gym for. If you took 20 to 25 minutes talking, you take that off the one hour you have to exercise, then you just wasted your cardio time. So don't be surprised when you step on the scale and you do not get the results you were expecting. So remember, the next time you're at the gym, you are there for business and business only. Motivation!
