Total Leg Workout!!

Sweet Leg Session
Sumo Dumbbell Squat: 15 reps x 3 sets
Jumping rope: 1 min. x 3 sets
Sumo Dead lift: 12-15 reps x 3 sets
Mountain Climbers: 1 min. x 3 sets
Leg press (one leg [if possible]): 12-15 reps per leg x 3 sets
Bur pees: 1 min x 3 sets
Romanian dead lift: 12-15 reps x 3 sets
Ball leg curls: 12-15 reps x 3 sets
Side to side shuffle on box: 1 min x 3 sets
Bench sitting squat: 12-15 reps x 3 sets
